Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for Broadstone Sterling Ranch in Littleton, CO. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and ensuring safety standards across buildings and grounds.

Requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal) and a valid driver’s license to operate on-site equipment. Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional travel to assist other properties.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required
• State and local jurisdiction certifications required for all service technicians
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property as applicable

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspection and punch list creation.
• Track materials, tools, and inventory; return unused items and notify supervisor on re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
