Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities in a Firestone, CO community. The role includes completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with make-ready processes for new move-ins.

The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal), state/local licenses, and a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation on-site.

Qualifications

• Requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• Must have state and local certifications as required by jurisdiction.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and make-ready work to prepare vacants for leasing.
• Diagnose defects, repair and inspect systems per policies and codes.
• Document work orders and maintain inventory, tools, and paperwork.
• Support grounds maintenance and upkeep of common areas and amenities.
• Assist in cost-cutting by repairing parts rather than replacing them.
