Greystar in Fort Collins is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, complete make-ready tasks, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will contribute to cost-control and support property operations within a large, global real estate platform.

Formación

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (applicable to certified service technicians).
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart or vehicle on property.
• Strong diagnostic, handyman, and problem-solving abilities for building systems and amenities.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and scheduling vendors as needed.
• Access materials and manage inventory with accuracy, returning unused items and notifying reorders as required.
• Document service requests and updates in a timely, accurate manner for traceability.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning, painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost-control efforts by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible and using materials responsibly.
