Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Las Vegas to perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks on apartment communities. You will complete work orders, assist in preparing units for new residents, manage materials and inventory, and document work performed. The role requires a flexible schedule and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery certification required (Type 1/II or Universal).
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required for service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance per policies and codes.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track inventory, access materials, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities, and support cost-control programs.

EPA Type 1 & II or Universal Refrigerant Certification
