Job summary

Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician in Greenwood Village, CO to ensure building systems and common areas meet safety and operational standards. You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks for vacant units.

Responsibilities include inventory control, documenting work, and assisting with grounds and minor repairs. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; some evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property (where applicable).
• All state/local certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments and conducts pre-move-out inspections.
• Tracks inventory, procures supplies, and returns unused items to storage.
• Documents work orders and maintains records for safety and compliance.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and minor repairs.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
