Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical condition of apartment communities in Greenwood Village, CO. You will diagnose and repair building systems, complete work orders, prepare vacants, manage inventory, and support grounds and common areas to meet Greystar standards for safety and quality.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Make-ready vacant apartments and conduct pre-move inspections.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and coordinate with vendors.
• Document service activities accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, clean common areas, and paint as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when possible.
