Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Dallas to ensure buildings meet quality, safety, and cleanliness standards across properties. You will diagnose and repair defects, complete make-ready work for new tenants, manage inventory, and document work orders.

In this role you will maintain grounds and common areas, perform repairs, and support cost-saving through careful use of parts and materials. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required where applicable.

Competenze

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property where applicable.

Mansioni

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Makes-ready for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks materials, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor on re-ordering needs.
• Documents work and ensures service requests are properly tracked.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing components rather than replacing when feasible.

Formazione

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
