Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations at one of our communities. This role partners with the Community Manager to ensure safe, well-maintained properties and timely service requests.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, schedule preventive maintenance, enforce OSHA and Fair Housing standards, and manage inventory while keeping within budget.

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to operate across varied environments; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for safety and liability concerns.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory within budget.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and coordinate with vendors.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

EPA & CPO certification

HVAC experience

OSHA & Fair Housing knowledge
