Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and staff.
• Coordinate service requests, preventative maintenance, and work orders.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the property.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff and vendors.
• Maintain records of service requests and inspections.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
