Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for the community, manage staff, and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure safe, well-maintained facilities. The role emphasizes service request handling, preventative maintenance, and adherence to OSHA rules.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC certification desired.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of community facilities and units.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and compliance.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory within budget.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Assist with on-call emergencies at the property.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of make-ready and repairs.

Education
