You will diagnose and repair issues, coordinate make-ready processes, ensure safety, and support budget and vendor management while delivering responsive resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and safe use of tools required.
• Ability to think logically to identify and fix problems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; acts as contact for team.
• Proficiency in office software; PM system experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills for financial and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair resident requests per policy, safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process: pre-move-out, punch list, schedule vendors.
• Set cleanliness and appearance standards reflecting Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by team members; implement corrective actions.
• Inspect contractors to verify quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate supplies within budget.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures.
• Assist Community Manager in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when possible.
• Lead safety meetings; update MSDS; stay compliant with OSHA rules.
• Provide responsive customer service to residents and staff.
