Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across community buildings, grounds, and amenities to meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include diagnosing resident requests, completing repairs, coordinating vendors for make-readies, and ensuring preventive maintenance is performed.

The role requires strong customer service, safety awareness, and teamwork within a dynamic property

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep by diagnosing issues and making repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Oversees and completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, common areas, and interiors to reflect Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspects work by others to assess policies and develop corrective actions as needed.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and coordinates supplies within budgetary guidelines.
• Completes monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in procedures.
• Supports budgeting for regular repairs and capital projects.
