Job summary

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC.
• Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Community Manager to achieve property objectives.
• Ensure team adheres to standards and handle resident service requests.
• Assist team with maintenance tasks and prepare market-ready apartments.
• Analyze property data and provide financial recommendations.
• Coordinate capital improvements and inventory control.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and prepare status reports.
