Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager for Mallard Point to oversee all on-site operations, staff supervision, leasing, and resident relations. The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and adherence to safety and fair housing guidelines.

You will manage leasing, marketing, and resident retention while coordinating maintenance and safety programs. This on-site position emphasizes excellent customer service and property upkeep, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the community, reporting to Regional Manager.
• Supervise on-site staff: hire, train, coach, schedule, and performance coaching.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety inspections and emergency response.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain property appearance and unit readiness.
