Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations from leasing to vendor coordination.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams and foster a positive culture.
• Market property with marketing partners to attract and retain residents.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection.
• Serve as the go-to contact for residents, address concerns, and welcome new residents.
• Inspect property, ensure unit readiness, and supervise maintenance standards.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Engage with local apartment associations and monitor competitive landscape.
