CWS Apartment Homes is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of common areas and ensure residents have a welcoming home. You will perform hands-on cleaning, handle service requests, and help maintain the community’s appearance with attention to detail.

The role requires reading service requests in English, friendly communication with residents, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and emergencies. CWS emphasizes team collaboration and safety.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Able to read service requests and schedules in English.
• Able to maintain professional and ethical atmosphere.
• Able to adhere to set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Clean vacant apartments for make-ready.
• Clean amenities, model apartments, guest suites, exterior areas and offices.
• Participates in resident relations program.
• Completes minor service requests and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participates in the CWS Risk Management Program.
