Job summary

CREI Management is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of vacant apartments, model units, leasing office, and common areas at our Kent community. You will support residents and contractors by delivering consistent, quality cleaning and upkeep.

The role requires English communication, reliability, and the ability to work weekends or overtime as needed. Prior housekeeping or customer service experience is preferred to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Broad-based experience in all aspects of housekeeping.
• Proficient communicating in English.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as job requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors
• Clean apartments as needed, including model unit(s) on a daily basis
• Clean all amenity areas daily
• Assist maintenance and management as necessary to ensure curb appeal
• Coordinate housekeeping responsibilities during move-out/move-in with contractors and vendors
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned
