Job summary

CREI Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of vacant apartments, model units, leasing office, and common areas within the apartment community. Under the supervision of the Community Manager, you will deliver excellent resident service and ensure spaces are tidy daily.

You will clean apartments, lobby areas, restrooms, and amenities, and collaborate with maintenance and management to keep curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Broad housekeeping experience preferred.
• Good English communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of vacant apartments, model unit, leasing office, and common areas.
• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Clean apartments daily and maintain amenity areas (lobbies, lounges, offices, restrooms, fitness center, etc.).
• Assist maintenance and management to ensure curb appeal.
• Coordinate housekeeping during move-out/move-in and assist contractors as needed.
• Follow supervisor directions and perform other duties as assigned.
