Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas (sidewalks, parking lots, courtyards) and ensure tidy appearance.
• Clean and maintain common areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers) and stock supplies.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues to supervisor or manager.
• Assist with bulk trash removal and recycling procedures.
• Interact with residents professionally and provide assistance as needed.
• Perform seasonal tasks (snow/ice removal, leaf blowing, exterior pressure washing).
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
