Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Custodial or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior areas including sidewalks, parking lots and landscaping.
• Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms and laundry spaces.
• Restock supplies and ensure cleanliness of glass, doors and windows.
• Report safety issues to supervisors and assist with bulk trash removal.
• Interact with residents professionally and assist as needed.
