Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager with financial experience for our Moncks Corner community. You will manage rent collection, deposits, and financial reporting as the onsite supervisor. Compensation is $25 per hour, plus bonuses per the property commission structure.

You will review invoices and communicate with residents about balances. RAM Partners offers 15 days of PTO, 9 holidays plus 1 floating holiday, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and life and disability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community by collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing deposits and financial reports.
• Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.
• Review resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, and implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies.
• Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
• Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident's requests have been completed.
• Generate interest - brag about your community's unique features and benefits and highlight what sets it apart from the competition.
• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution.
• Act as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager.
