Job summary

Greystar in Columbia, MD is seeking a Resident Services Associate to organize resident services, coordinate programs, and serve as a resource for local market information. You will greet residents and visitors, handle inquiries, and support move-ins and move-outs with scheduling and logistics.

The role involves managing deliveries, coordinating amenities, and assisting with resident activities, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and local knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident services is a plus.
• Experience with event planning also a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and assist with check-ins and inquiries.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate guest suites, loading dock, and elevator schedule for move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are ready for tours each morning.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain logs for equipment rentals and services for residents.
• Assist with planning resident activities and events.
• Maintain local area information and relationships with concierge vendors.
