Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for Indigo 19 in Virginia Beach, VA. This role oversees day-to-day operations, leads the on-site team, and ensures the property meets financial and service objectives.

You will manage leasing, payments, vendor relations, and compliance with housing regulations on a non‑remote property. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business Management or Real Estate and 4–6 years of property management experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and financials.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection and reporting of revenues.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Oversee lease enforcement, screening, notices, renewals and evictions.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service issues promptly.
• Supervise on-site staff and manage performance.
• Maintain owner relationships and provide updates on property performance.
