Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for Indigo 19 in Virginia Beach, VA. This role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by leasing to new residents and supporting renewals.

The position requires in-person work at the community, with responsibilities including tours, applications, credit checks, lease preparation, and move-in coordination to ensure a smooth experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Licenses or Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, show apartments, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Screen credit and conduct background checks; ensure move-in is smooth and compliant with policy.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in; coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals and maintain satisfaction.
