• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community and supervise staff.
• Develop and manage budgets, review financial reports, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee leasing, tenant relations, compliance with housing laws, and enforcement of leases.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor contracts, and on-site services to maintain property standards.
• Report on property performance and collaborate with owners/clients.
