Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Property Manager in Virginia Beach to oversee two or more properties, lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to policies and compliance standards. This role drives leasing, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective team supervision and operational oversight.

You will lead maintenance coordination, vendor relations, and financial reporting while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Manage rent collection, postings, and monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and align with accounting and owner communications.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Lead and train on-site staff, evaluate performance, and support owner relations.
