Job summary

Greystar in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a stabilized apartment community, lead the property team, and ensure financial and service goals are met.

You will manage budgets, lease processes, marketing, and resident relations with emphasis on compliance, safety, and high occupancy. California Lease File Checklist applies; 4-6 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management experience at a multi-family community.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and team.
• Develop and monitor budgets, review financial statements, and forecast performance.
• Oversee leasing, renewal processes, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and compliance with company policies and laws.
