Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management experience including lease up and multi-site responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection and posting of payments.
• Oversee leasing processes, inspections, and renewal leases to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Supervise staff, hire and train team members, and enforce company policies.
