Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and staff to meet financial goals.
• Set rents, collect fees, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage budgets, and ensure on-site safety standards.
• Oversee leasing process, inspections, and renewal of leases.
• Lead recruiting, training, and performance management of property staff.
