Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will manage on-site staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, performance management, and maintaining resident satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; higher degree preferred or related housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, coaching, and development.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management.
