Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee an entire housing community on-site. You will supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, finance, and administration while ensuring safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strategic leasing, budget development, and timely operations under the Regional Manager. The position requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and knowledge of Fair Housing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred or related housing experience.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and managing leasing activities.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for a housing community under regional supervision.
• Supervise staff in leasing, maintenance, admin, and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Plan marketing and leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and NOI.
• Address resident concerns and maintain high resident satisfaction.
