Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks an experienced construction professional for onsite work at client sites across the United States. You will respond to inspection inquiries, coordinate with project teams, review constructability, and assist in cost estimates to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Construction Management or related field, brings 8+ years in construction, and can read contract documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8+ years of experience working in the construction industry
• Minimum 6 years’ experience with the ability to read and interpret contract documents, including plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports

Responsibilities

• Respond to inspection inquiries, identify potential issues, and report them to your supervisor
• Collaborate with project teams and coordinate in the field with clients, contractors, consultants, and agencies
• Assist in preconstruction activities, including reviewing drawings for constructability and preparing cost estimates
• Monitor contractor resources, document field changes, and help negotiate adjustments
• Delegate tasks, train inspectors, and support the development of company inspection standards
• Build strong client relationships and keep senior management informed of major project impacts
• Participate in construction, safety, and coordination meetings while reviewing contractor schedules
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships
