Gallagher Bassett seeks an experienced onsite safety professional to lead safety inspections, investigations, and risk reduction on construction sites. You will coordinate with clients, conduct trainings, and help ensure regulatory compliance across projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering or science, with 6+ years in safety consulting and relevant professional certifications. This role offers a collaborative culture and opportunities to impact safety outcomes globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of engineering or safety and health consulting experience.
• Registration or designation in CIH, CSP or PE.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and client management.

Responsibilities

• Act as onsite safety liaison focusing on construction and fire safety on job sites.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety standards.
• Perform comprehensive accident investigations with interviews, photos, and written reports.
• Coordinate with clients and participate in loss control inspections with brokers or carriers.
• Lead onsite safety meetings and toolbox talks; conduct new worker orientations; supervise onsite staff if needed.
