Job summary

Brice Construction & Design LLC seeks an Project Engineer to coordinate construction and administration on design-build projects in the Houston area. You will enter data into Excel, HCSS, and other systems, ensuring plans, specs, schedules, and permits are followed while maintaining safety and quality.

You will travel extensively (70–90%) and work with cost accounting to manage contract finances, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow within Calista Brice’s family of companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required or substituted with relevant experience.
• 2–3 years civil project engineering experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and technical documents.
• Proficiency with Excel and construction data systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction activities onsite and in administration.
• Enter information into Excel, HCSS, and other construction data systems.
• Ensure adherence to plans, specs, schedules, codes and permits.
• Coordinate schedules and communications with subcontractors and project staff.
• Travel to project locations up to 70%–90% of the time.
