Job summary

System One is seeking a Project Document Controller for an onsite contract role in Hillsboro, OR. You will split time between project documentation control and administrative support, ensuring proper document workflows and access controls across CAPEX projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of PDC experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar CAPEX systems, plus strong MS Office and Google Suite skills. Onsite work with daily site operations support is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite for project admin tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination.
• Experience as PDC on CAPEX projects with document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies for documentation management.
• Train project team on workflows and milestone tracking.
• Develop and update the CAPEX/Document Controls Plan.
• Archive files and maintain accessible project documentation.
• Manage electronic document workflows and status tracking.
• Handle handover to site repository and access controls.
• Coordinate onboarding, badging, and IT support for site.
• Coordinate visitor access and scheduling for the project team.
• Track training status and manage project calendar.
• Provide general project admin support to PMs.
