Job summary

All Season Global Solutions, a New Jersey-based firm, seeks an experienced Project Coordinator for commercial relocations and logistics. You will support the Director of Field Operations, coordinating personnel, equipment, and deliveries to ensure projects meet safety, efficiency, and client expectations, all while maintaining strong communication with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Commercial moving, relocation, logistics experience required.
• Experience coordinating or managing teams of approximately 5–20 employees.
• Strong understanding of commercial relocation operations, logistics, manpower planning, and project coordination.
• Professional presentation and demeanor are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of organization and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned commercial relocation and logistics projects with the Director of Field Operations.
• Assist with managing large relocation projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee crews of 5–20 employees including Supervisors, Laborers, Drivers, and Installers.
• Manage manpower, equipment, vehicles, materials, deliveries, and other resources.
• Support daily project planning, scheduling, manpower coordination, and logistics.
• Maintain communication between internal departments and external partners, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide direction to project personnel to meet scope, schedule, and client expectations.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to management.
• Prepare and maintain project quotes and track bids.
