Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a skilled Relocation Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day activities supporting account relationships and relocation projects. You will develop move grids, plan furniture layouts, coordinate vendors, and ensure accurate scope, timelines, and pricing.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams to deliver exceptional service to clients while coordinating with sales, operations, and field project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years related experience in office moving/furniture planning.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, enter and confirm project and service requests.
• Coordinate walkthroughs and planning calls to develop scope and communicate service requirements.
• Develop furniture test-fit scenarios, seating assignments and file planning.
• Document scope, timelines and pricing; generate proposals and purchase orders.
• Produce move plans in AutoCAD and prepare move labels.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, operations, and customers to execute services.
• Track timelines and document progress relative to milestones.
