Job summary

DataOne Construction is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute field logistics for commercial and industrial projects in New Jersey. You will bridge field operations and logistics to ensure crews have materials, equipment, access, and support while maintaining safety and productivity.

This role requires 5+ years in construction logistics or site coordination, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction logistics or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute field logistics across GC and subcontractors.
• Oversee inventory, laydown yards, and material staging.
• Coordinate major deliveries, crane operations, and road closures.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and site organization.
• Participate in weekly look-ahead planning meetings.
