BlueGrace Group is seeking an On-Site Coordinator for Government Services at our Jersey City, NJ facility. This role acts as the boots-on-the-ground liaison, coordinating carrier subcontractors and the trailer pool to ensure government contract compliance and operational standards.

The position requires hands-on yard management, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Local travel is not intended.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or related field is required.
• Hands-on yard and trailer pool management experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently on-site with strong self-management.
• Strong relationships with carrier drivers and facility personnel.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation habits and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trailer pool, monitor inventory, and allocate carriers on-site.
• Manage carrier check-ins, load assignments, and on-site communications.
• Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and BlueGrace standards.
• Prepare on-site records for freight movements, inspections, and deliveries.
• Escalate issues with full context to Government Services Manager.
• Support audit readiness with organized documentation.
