Volt is hiring a Project Coordinator for an onsite, long-term contract in Spokane, WA. The role supports engineering and construction projects, coordinating schedules, budgets, and vendor tasks while developing foundational project management skills.

You will assist in developing charters, scopes, objectives, and business cases, manage project documentation, and facilitate meetings. Typical projects are low to moderate risk with values under $1M.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 1+ years of coordination experience handling scope, schedule, budget and business cases.
• Experience in processing and managing records for construction and engineering.
• Experience in contract management and compliance.
• Experience in startup, commissioning, closeout and archiving.
• Ability to run productive and concise meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist, coordinate, and manage planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of projects with PM skills development.
• Support charter, scope, objectives, budget, and business cases for larger projects.
• Develop detailed work plans including schedule, cost, resources, contingency, and communications.
• Maintain project documentation; identify and communicate performance issues.
• Coordinate vendor tasks and review deliverables.
• Facilitate contract administration for projects.
