Cochran, Inc. is seeking a Project Site Coordinator to join our Boise, ID team onsite. You will coordinate, plan, and execute project operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with project goals.

This role requires attention to documentation, schedules, and compliance with company standards. You will maintain project documentation, audit RFIs and change orders, coordinate with trades, and help prepare submittals, takeoffs, schedules, and O&M manuals, while supporting meetings and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a two-year college certificate is preferred.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a plus.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute project operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with goals.
• Maintain and track all jobsite documentation, including RFIs and change orders, with the project manager.
• Coordinate with other trades to align efforts and manage documentation.
• Prepare submittals, takeoffs, schedules, and operation and maintenance manuals.
• Monitor QA procedures and maintain QA logs; address issues as they arise.
• Participate in project meetings to support communication and documentation of decisions.
