TEKsystems is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator in Spokane, WA, to oversee daily fleet activities, manage vehicle readiness, and coordinate vendor services. The role emphasizes fleet management, customer support, and logistics coordination in a B2B context.

The position is fully onsite, with weekend/holiday hours as needed and a 12-month contract-to-hire plan. Strong Excel skills and client/vendor relationship experience are key.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• 1-2 years fleet management or vehicle rental experience.
• Experience coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance; strong customer service background.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations and vehicle utilization.
• Conduct pre- and post-service vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate vehicle cleaning, detailing, and refueling.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors.
• Maintain fleet records and documentation.
• Support customer inquiries and account management.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel.
• Monitor performance and propose improvements.
• Use Excel for reporting, tracking, and data entry.
• Collaborate to improve operational efficiencies.
