This role emphasizes coordinating activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across teams. The position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience as administrative support in construction/manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Anticipate and proactively resolve issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience working in a team with a track record of performance.
• OSHA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in coordinating planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize project documents, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery and alert the team to risks or delays.
• Support budget management by tracking project expenses and providing updates to project managers.
• Other duties as assigned and needed.
