Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to execute project tasks, coordinate onboarding, data management, and timesheet approvals. You will support recruiting and project trackers while maintaining cross-team collaboration to meet milestones.

The role requires precise communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and occasional travel. Onsite work in Tualatin, OR is expected for a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in an administrative role, HR, or project coordination role.
• Demonstrated heightened attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining cross-team relationships and collaboration.
• Demonstrated track record of driving and meeting milestones and deliverables.
• Ability to travel for work related purposes.
• With ample notice and planning, weekend work at times may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute applicable onboarding materials (start binders, operations manual, employee)
• Collect and maintain project data in an organized and detailed manner
• Coordinate equipment delivery, return, and invoicing
• Coordinate with recruiting team to drive candidate through interview and onboarding process
• Input consultant information into project trackers
• Weekly approval of timesheets and verification of hours
• Provide coaching on attendance, performance or behavioral issues as needed
• Assist in the collection of employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction surveys
• Works with project team to identify consultant risks and helps assist in remediation strategies
• Respond to consultant questions and address escalations
