Job summary

icreatives is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support design projects from planning through installation. This on-site role in Portland, OR collaborates with designers, vendors, clients, and installers to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in project coordination or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Asana, MS Project, and the Microsoft 365/Google toolset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, events, design, marketing, or related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with project management tools like Asana or MS Project and MS Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, task tracking, and documenting projects.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare status reports, and track milestones.
• Communicate with clients, internal design teams, vendors, and installers to keep projects on track.
• Support budget tracking by maintaining expense records and vendor quotes.
• Learn fabrication, production, and installation processes by working alongside the team.
• Provide logistical support during installations and events.
• Ensure teams have what they need on site for a smooth rollout.
• Participate in project debriefs and apply feedback to strengthen your project management skills.
