MasTec Renewables seeks a Site Administrator I to provide on-site support for the Dallas project and other locations. You will greet visitors, manage mail and supplies, and coordinate between field and corporate teams, ensuring smooth project operations.

The role requires travel and onsite presence; you will assist with onboarding, payroll coordination, and timesheet audits while maintaining accurate records and reporting. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Internet.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them, handle mail, copy and scan as needed.
• Act as liaison between Field office and Corporate offices.
• Maintain tracking and reporting spreadsheets for the project.
• Assist with project setup activities and office services.
• Maintain office supplies and a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist employees with benefits, payroll, timesheets and records.
