Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking an on-site Administrative Support professional to assist the project management team and site-based staff. Travel is required and work is performed at the project site.

The role involves coordinating between field and corporate offices, maintaining records, onboarding new hires, and supporting payroll and benefits inquiries. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• One to three years of administrative support experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and Internet.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, direct them, handle mail and assist with copying and scanning.
• Liaise between Field office and Corporate offices and maintain project tracking.
• Assist with onboarding, payroll questions, timesheets and employee records.
• Lead timesheet audits and coordinate with Payroll for on-site pay processes.
• Help with equipment questions and IT troubleshooting on site.
