Job summary

MasTec Renewables, part of MasTec Renewables family, seeks an administrative support professional to assist on-site project management teams and site personnel. This role requires travel and on-site work at the project location in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, coordinating mail, maintaining records, supporting payroll and HR tasks, and onboarding new hires. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Internet.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them, manage mail, assist with copying/scanning.
• Serve as liaison between Field office and Corporate offices.
• Maintain tracking and reporting spreadsheets for the project.
• Assist with project setup activities and office contacts/services.
• Maintain office supplies and a clean, organized workspace.
• Answer questions about benefits, payroll, timesheets, and HR records.
• Support onboarding including I-9 documentation and new hire orientation.
• Assist with onboarding and referrals for Craft employees (Union).
• Ensure payroll policies are followed; collaborate with Payroll and site leadership.
• Audit timesheets and assist with payroll corrections and training.
