Job summary

Fooda, a leader in workplace dining, is seeking a Program Manager to own the day-to-day operations for our largest client portfolio across multiple locations. You’ll drive client satisfaction, coordinate cross-functional teams, and use data to shape strategy and growth.

Based on-site in Memphis, you’ll oversee staffing, quarterly business reviews, and financial health of accounts, partnering with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations to deliver exceptional experiences for clients

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in account management, operations, or multi-location support.
• Data-driven with ability to pull insights from KPIs and dashboards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple locations and timelines.
• Experience hiring, training, and leading staff with a accountability focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of a portfolio of locations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client needs with proactive communication.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Identify, support and coordinate upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations.
• Manage onsite staff hiring, training, and day-to-day oversight.
• Develop scalable processes and monitor financial health of accounts.
