Job summary

Fooda is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the onsite experience at a client location in Afton, Texas. You will be the primary contact for clients, employees, and food vendors, ensuring daily service runs smoothly, on time, and with a hospitality-first mindset.

This role requires Monday–Friday onsite work, strong communication, and a calm, proactive approach. You will help shape the restaurant network serving the location and drive consistent service quality.

• Onsite hospitality and customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.
• Reliable, autonomous on-site presence with organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite experience, ensuring programs run smoothly and on time.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client, employees, and vendors.
• Provide onsite guidance to staff and coordinators to stay aligned for service.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure setup and issue resolution.
• Monitor the customer experience, identify trends, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, and daily flow for smooth operations.
• Support network quality by sharing feedback and upholding standards.
